Razor is quite a few steps below Silva and Ging. Ging is about as powerful as Prime Netero and Zeno. Which as far as I know are more powerful than current Silva.

you got it right, it was explained in episode 61 when they entered Green Island the first time... it is one of the elements that makes this anime a wholesome story without trying to be flawless, it does not give you everything but rather lets you think it through and realise afterwards

I didn't like the spiders either, we were meant to feel sympathy for them after +40 episodes painting them out to be horrible people. It's like how Abby killed Joel in the Last of Us 2, just didn't have me feeling any sympathy at all. Hopefully they don't try and force any sort of sympathy onto The Bomber or Hisoka.
